This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you access our platform, apply to invest, or use the investor portal. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use third-party advertising services.

01 Who We Are

R3 Fund ("R3 Fund", "we", "us", "our") is a private trading and investment fund. This Privacy Policy applies to our website, investor portal, and any other digital services or platforms operated by R3 Fund that link to or reference this policy.

R3 Fund acts as the data controller in respect of personal information collected through this platform. We are responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

02 Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following circumstances and categories:

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data unless expressly required for regulatory compliance.

03 How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Investor onboarding: To process investment applications, conduct identity verification, and assess investor eligibility and suitability;
  • Investment management: To manage your investment, calculate returns, produce performance reports, and process deposits and withdrawals;
  • Platform access: To provide and maintain your access to the investor portal and associated services;
  • Communications: To send quarterly reports, fund updates, regulatory notices, and responses to your inquiries;
  • Compliance: To meet applicable legal, regulatory, and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations;
  • Security: To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and other harmful activities;
  • Platform improvement: To understand how the platform is used and improve the investor experience.

We do not use your personal information for direct marketing to third parties, and we do not profile or make automated decisions about you based on your personal data in a way that produces legal or significant effects.

04 Sharing of Information

R3 Fund does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share data with trusted technology service providers who assist us in operating the platform, including Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure). These providers are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law;
  • Legal and regulatory obligations: We may disclose personal data when required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority;
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring of R3 Fund, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to equivalent privacy protections;
  • Consent: We may share your data for any other purpose with your explicit prior consent.

We do not integrate with any advertising networks, social media tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services that share your data with external parties for advertising purposes.

05 Cookies & Tracking

R3 Fund's platform uses a limited set of essential technical mechanisms to function correctly:

  • Authentication sessions: Secure session tokens maintained by Supabase Auth to keep you logged in to the investor portal;
  • Functional preferences: Minimal browser storage (e.g., local storage) used to preserve your interface settings;
  • Technical logs: Server-side logs of requests to the platform for security and error monitoring purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) that share your browsing data with external parties. The platform is ad-free and we do not monetize user data.

06 Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encrypted data transmission via TLS/HTTPS for all platform connections;
  • Authentication via Supabase Auth with secure, hashed credential storage;
  • Restricted access to investor data — only authorized R3 Fund principals can access investor records;
  • Individual access credentials for each investor portal account;
  • Regular security review of platform components and third-party dependencies.
Your Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your investor portal login credentials. Do not share your credentials with any third party. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

07 Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

In particular:

  • Active investor data is retained for the duration of the investment relationship and for a minimum period thereafter as required by applicable law;
  • Application data from individuals who did not proceed to investment is retained for a reasonable period for compliance purposes, then securely deleted;
  • Technical and security logs are typically retained for 90 days;
  • Communication records may be retained for up to 7 years for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

You may request deletion of your personal data in accordance with your rights as described in Section 9, subject to legal retention obligations.

08 International Transfers

Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. This includes transfers to Supabase infrastructure, which may be hosted in data centers in the European Union or United States.

Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

09 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable data protection laws, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

  • Access: The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectification: The right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • Erasure: The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations;
  • Restriction: The right to request that we restrict processing of your personal data in certain circumstances;
  • Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Objection: The right to object to our processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

10 Children's Privacy

This platform is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

11 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active investors directly.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) regarding your personal information. This section supplements the Privacy Policy above and applies solely to California residents.

Categories of Personal Information Collected: In the preceding 12 months, R3 Fund has collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: identifiers (name, email, IP address); personal information categories under California Civil Code § 1798.80 (name, address, financial information); commercial information (investment transactions, portfolio data); internet or network activity (platform usage data); and professional or employment-related information (provided voluntarily during the application process).

No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: R3 Fund does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. California residents therefore need not submit an opt-out request for such activities.

Submitting a Request: California residents may submit requests to exercise CCPA/CPRA rights by contacting us as described in Section 12 below. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within 45 days. We may extend this period by an additional 45 days where necessary, with notice.

Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization and may verify your identity directly.
